IIT-V has a full fledged library with a large collection of professional books, journals & project reports. Student can access the library, and other information.
| Sept 1 | You forward your application, resume, certificates and transcripts to the Admissions Office at IIT-V. |
| Sept 2 | IIT-V will evaluate your qualifications within ten working days, and will then forward to you a Preliminary Letter of Acceptance, along with your Enrollment Package. |
| Sept 3 | You will complete, sign and forward your Enrollment Package to IIT-V before the indicated deadline. |
| Sept 4 | You will receive your first course which will include the course outline, textbook, study materials, homework assignments and final exam within fifteen working days. |
| Sept 5 | You will begin your studies by taking one course at a time and completing your assignments on a regular basis. You will interact with your instructors by phone, fax, mail or e-mail as necessary. |
